Q: Can I change my email address?
A: Yes! Go to Account Settings β Account tab β Click "CHANGE EMAIL". You'll need to verify the new email address.
Q: How do I change my password?
A: Go to Account Settings β Account tab β Click "CHANGE PASSWORD". Enter your current password and new password.
Q: Can I change my name?
A: You can change your name once after creating your account. Go to Account Settings β Profile tab β Edit your name β Save Changes.
Q: How do I delete my account?
A: Contact platform support through the help widget. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Q: Can I have multiple accounts?
A: Each email address can only be used for one account. You would need different email addresses for multiple accounts.
