Creating an account on Clases.community is quick and easy. You'll need an account to join communities, take courses, interact with members, and access all platform features.

An account gives you access to:

Step-by-Step Account Creation

Step 1: Navigate to Sign Up

• Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of any page
• Or visit: https://clases.community/signup
• You'll see the signup form

Step 2: Fill in Your Information

1. Full Name (Required) ⭐

   • What to Enter: Your real, full name (first and last name)
   • Placeholder Example: "John Doe"
   • Important Notes:
     • This name will be displayed on your public profile
     • You can only change your name once after creating your account
     • Use your real name as per platform guidelines
     • Tip: Use the name you want others to see when you post or interact

2. Email Address (Required) ⭐

   • What to Enter: A valid email address you have access to
   • Placeholder Example: "you@example.com"
   • Important Notes:
     • This email is used for:
       • Account verification
       • Login credentials
       • Password resets
       • Important notifications
     • Make sure you can access this email
     • Each email can only be used for one account
     • Tip: Use an email you check regularly

3. Password (Required) ⭐

   • What to Enter: A strong, secure password
   • Password Requirements:
     • Minimum length (typically 8+ characters)
     • Mix of letters, numbers, and special characters recommended
     • Password is masked (shown as dots) for security
   • Security Tips:
     • Use a unique password you don't use elsewhere
     • Consider using a password manager
     • Don't share your password with anyone
     • Tip: The platform will show you if your password meets requirements

Step 3: Submit the Form

• Click the "Create Account" button (yellow/primary button)
• The form will validate your information
• If there are any errors, you'll see messages indicating what needs to be fixed

Step 4: Account Verification

After clicking "Create Account":

1. You may be asked to verify your email address
2. Check your email inbox for a verification message
3. Click the verification link in the email
4. You'll be redirected back to the platform, logged in

Step 5: You're In!

Once verified and logged in:

• You'll be redirected to your Dashboard
• You can now start exploring and joining communities
• Your account is fully active

Already Have an Account?

If you already have an account:

• Click the "Already have an account? Log in" link at the bottom of the signup form
• This takes you to the login page

Troubleshooting Account Creation

Problem: "Email already in use"

• Solution: This email is already registered. Try logging in instead, or use a different email address
• Forgot Password?: Use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page

Problem: "Password doesn't meet requirements"

• Solution: Check the password requirements shown on the page
• Tip: Make your password longer and include numbers and special characters

Problem: "Didn't receive verification email"

• Solution:
  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Wait a few minutes (emails can take 1-2 minutes)
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address
  • Try requesting a new verification email

Problem: "Name is required"

• Solution: Make sure you've entered both first and last name
• The name field cannot be empty
