Getting Additional Help

If you've tried the solutions above and still have issues:

1. Use the Helper Widget

   • Click the yellow hand icon (bottom right)
   • Chat with support
   • Describe your issue clearly

2. Contact Community Owners/Admins

   • For community-specific issues
   • Use the Members page to find admins
   • Send a chat message

3. Check Platform Status

   • Visit platform status page (if available)
   • Check social media for announcements
   • See if others are experiencing the same issue

4. Report the Issue

   • Use the help widget to report bugs
   • Provide as much detail as possible:
     • What you were trying to do
     • What happened instead
     • Steps to reproduce
     • Browser and device information
