Problem: Can't Join a Community

• Possible Causes:
  • Community is full (rare)
  • Payment required and payment failed

• Solutions:
  1. Verify you're logged in
  2. Check if payment is required and your payment method is valid
  3. Try refreshing the page
  4. Contact the community owner
  5. Try joining a different community to test

Problem: Community Not Appearing on Dashboard

• Solutions:
  1. Refresh the page
  2. Check if you actually completed the join process
  3. Verify you're logged into the correct account
  4. Check if the community was removed or made private
  5. Try accessing the community directly via URL

Problem: Can't Access Paid Community Content

• Possible Causes:
  • Subscription expired
  • Payment failed
  • Account issue
• Solutions:
