Payment and Billing Issues

Problem: Payment Method Declined

  • Solutions:
    1. Check card expiration date
    2. Verify sufficient funds
    3. Contact your bank to ensure card isn't blocked
    4. Try a different payment method
    5. Update payment method in Account Settings

Problem: Charged but No Access

  • Solutions:
    1. Wait a few minutes (payment processing can take time)
    2. Refresh the page
    3. Log out and log back in
    4. Check Payment History to verify payment went through
    5. Contact support with payment receipt

Problem: Can't Cancel Subscription

  • Solutions:
    1. Go to Account Settings β†’ Payment Methods or Subscriptions
    2. Look for "Cancel" or "Manage Subscription" option
    3. Follow cancellation process
    4. Contact support if cancellation option isn't available
    5. Check community-specific cancellation policies
