Logging In


Logging into your Clases.community account is simple. You can access your account from any device using your email and password.

How to Access the Login Page

Method 1: Direct Navigation

• Visit: https://clases.community/login
• Or click "Sign In" in the top right corner of any page

Method 2: From Signup Page

• If you're on the signup page and already have an account
• Click "Already have an account? Log in" at the bottom

Step-by-Step Login Process

Step 1: Enter Your Email

• Field: Email address input
• What to Enter: The email address you used when creating your account
• Placeholder: "you@example.com"
• Important:
  • Must match the exact email address from your account
  • Case-sensitive in some cases (though usually not)
  • Tip: Copy and paste your email to avoid typos

Step 2: Enter Your Password

• Field: Password input (masked for security)
• What to Enter: Your account password
• Security: Password is hidden (shown as dots) while typing
• Show/Hide: Some browsers allow you to toggle password visibility
• Important:
  • Must match your account password exactly
  • Passwords are case-sensitive
  • Tip: Use a password manager to avoid typing errors

Step 3: Submit Login

• Click the "Sign In" button (yellow/primary button)
• The system will verify your credentials
• If correct, you'll be logged in and redirected

Step 4: Success!

• You'll be redirected to your Dashboard
• You're now logged in and can access all features
• Your session will remain active until you log out

Forgot Your Password?

If you can't remember your password:

1. Click "Forgot password?"

   • Blue link on the right side of the password field
   • Or visit: https://clases.community/forgot-password

2. Enter Your Email

   • Type the email address associated with your account
   • Click "Send Reset Link" or similar button

3. Check Your Email

   • Look for a password reset email
   • Check spam/junk folder if you don't see it
   • The email usually arrives within 1-2 minutes

4. Reset Your Password

   • Click the reset link in the email
   • You'll be taken to a password reset page
   • Enter your new password (twice for confirmation)
   • Click "Reset Password" or "Save New Password"

5. Log In with New Password

   • Return to the login page
   • Enter your email and new password
   • You're back in!

Troubleshooting Login Issues

Problem: "Invalid email or password"

• Possible Causes:
  • Typo in email address
  • Wrong password
  • Caps Lock is on
  • Account doesn't exist
• Solutions:
  • Double-check your email spelling
  • Try resetting your password
  • Make sure Caps Lock is off
  • Verify you're using the correct account email

Problem: "Account not found"

• Solution:
  • Make sure you're using the correct email
  • You may need to create an account first
  • Check if you're using a different email than you think

Problem: "Too many login attempts"

• Solution:
  • Wait a few minutes before trying again
  • This is a security feature to prevent unauthorized access
  • If the problem persists, use "Forgot password?" to reset

Problem: Page won't load or buttons don't work

• Solutions:
  • Refresh the page (F5 or Ctrl+R)
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Try a different browser
  • Check your internet connection
  • Disable browser extensions that might interfere

Staying Logged In

Session Duration:

• You'll stay logged in until you:
  • Manually log out
  • Clear your browser cookies
  • Your session expires (after a period of inactivity)
  • Log out from all devices (see Account Settings)

Security Tips:

• ✅ Log out when using shared or public computers
• ✅ Don't check "Remember me" on public devices
• ✅ Use "Log out everywhere" if you suspect unauthorized access
• ✅ Keep your password secure and don't share it

Creating a New Account

• This takes you to the signup page
