Payment and Billing Issues
Problem: Payment Method Declined
- Solutions:
- Check card expiration date
- Verify sufficient funds
- Contact your bank to ensure card isn't blocked
- Try a different payment method
- Update payment method in Account Settings
Problem: Charged but No Access
- Solutions:
- Wait a few minutes (payment processing can take time)
- Refresh the page
- Log out and log back in
- Check Payment History to verify payment went through
- Contact support with payment receipt
Problem: Can't Cancel Subscription
- Solutions:
- Go to Account Settings β Payment Methods or Subscriptions
- Look for "Cancel" or "Manage Subscription" option
- Follow cancellation process
- Contact support if cancellation option isn't available
- Check community-specific cancellation policies
